Admins have access to a dedicated panel on the web portal (notifypro.info), under the “Admin” menu.
Summary
The Summary tab shows at a glance: number of lots, number of debtors, total overdue months, current-month income and expenses, plus a table with the month-by-month trend (income, expenses, balance).
Prices
The Prices tab lets you edit the rates for electricity (kWh), water (m³), and cotizatie (year). The change applies immediately to readings entered afterwards.
Operators
The Operators tab lists the company’s casiers and admins — name, role, phone. From here you can add a new operator (Telegram ID and name), change an existing operator’s role, or remove an operator. Your own account is marked distinctly and can’t be removed from your own session.
Export
The Export tab lets you download data for accounting — see Accounting export.
