Printing a receipt

How a receipt reaches the thermal printer via the print channel and the PVM Print app.

After each payment, the receipt can print automatically on a Bluetooth thermal printer.

  1. Make sure the admin has configured a print channel (see “Print channel configuration”).
  2. Install and start PVM Print on an Android phone paired with the printer (see “Installing the print app”).
  3. When a payment is confirmed, the bot sends the receipt to the print channel.
  4. PVM Print detects the message and prints it; a ✅ on the message confirms it.

Alternatively, the browser cashier desk can use the browser’s A4 printing if the printer is set to A4 in printer settings.
