Viewing your invoices

A resident sees their confirmed payments and can obtain the fiscal document.

As a resident, you can review your confirmed payments and generate the fiscal document for them.

  1. In @BillSync_bot, from the menu tap 🧾 Fiscal invoice.
  2. The bot lists your latest confirmed payments.
  3. Select the payment — the bot generates and sends the PDF to the chat.

For the full payment history, use “Payment history” (bot or web portal).
