Editing a lot’s details

Change an existing lot’s fields from the bot: owner, address, area, contacts, initial readings, and more.

An existing lot’s details can be changed at any time from the Telegram bot.

  1. Open @BillSync_bot and, from the menu, tap 📦 Lots → ✏️ Edit lot.
  2. Enter the lot number or tap 📋 Show list to pick it.
  3. The bot walks through the fields one by one, showing the current value. For each you can enter a new value, tap Skip to keep it, or - to clear it:
    • owner, street, area (m²), extra info;
    • phones and emails (comma-separated);
    • initial readings (electricity, water) and seal numbers;
    • paid membership-fee years and the fee start year;
    • water and electricity connections.
  4. Confirm at the end — the changes apply immediately.

To remove a lot entirely, use 🗑️ Delete lot (see “Deleting a lot”).
