PVM runs your cooperative through two components that share the same data:
- Telegram bot @BillSync_bot — day-to-day operations: meter readings, expenses, reports, receipts.
- Web portal notifypro.info — the same flows in a browser, plus the cashier desk.
Roles
- Administrator — full access: tariffs, users, lots, reports.
- Cashier — enters readings, expenses, and generates reports.
- Client (resident) — sees their balance, payment history, and submits readings.
- Super-admin — manages cooperatives and admins at the platform level.
First steps
- Open the bot @BillSync_bot in Telegram and tap Start.
- To register a new cooperative, use the /register command (see “Registering a cooperative”).
- Residents log in by sharing their phone number (see “Linking your Telegram account”).
- For the full browser dashboard, open notifypro.info.
