📁 Photo / Dossier

The lot dossier is available from both the bot and the web portal — the same files, in real time, regardless of the channel.

From the bot

1. Tap «📦 Plots» → «📋 All lots» → select a lot → «📁 Photo / Dossier».
2. Attach photos or documents related to the lot (JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, max. 10 MB, up to 50 files per dossier).
3. All materials are saved in the dossier and available at any time.

From the portal (admin and casier)

1. Open the lot and switch to the «Dossier» tab.
2. Tap «Upload file» and select the document or photo (same limits as the bot: JPEG/PNG/WebP/PDF, max. 10 MB, up to 50 files per dossier).
3. Files can be opened, downloaded, or deleted directly from the list.

Privacy

If the uploaded file contains personal data, you’ll be asked to confirm at upload time that you have a legal basis for processing it (the data subject’s consent, or another basis under Law No. 133/2011 / GDPR). Files are stored in the company’s database and are not sent to any third-party service.
