The owner or the casier can generate a consolidated statement, as a PDF, with all of a lot’s payments over a chosen period (electricity, water, cotizatie, and other services).
As an owner
Web: in the “History” section, fill in the From / To range under “🧾 Period statement” and tap Download PDF.
Bot: from the menu, tap “🧾 Period statement (PDF)”, enter the requested date range, and the bot sends the document to the chat.
As a casier
From the web portal, open the lot you need, go to its history, and use the same “Period statement” feature to generate the statement on the owner’s behalf.
The document includes every confirmed payment in the range, grouped by service type, with the amount and date of each transaction.
