Monthly auto-report

Enable the monthly auto-report to receive a summary of the previous month in Telegram on the 1st.

Admins can enable a monthly auto-report, sent in Telegram on the 1st of every month, summarizing the previous month.

Enabling it

  1. From the bot, tap “📬 Monthly auto-report”.
  2. Tap “🔔 Enable”.

To turn the report off, go back to the same menu and tap “🔕 Disable”.

What the report includes

  • The amount collected in the previous month.
  • The month’s expenses.
  • The balance (income − expenses).
  • The number of meter readings submitted.
  • The number of debtors.

The report includes a “📊 Full report” button for quick access to the detailed report in the Reports section.
