The admin can define a monthly window (days of the month) during which residents must submit their meter readings. Residents with Telegram linked get automatic reminders — once when the window opens and once the day before it closes — but only if they haven’t submitted yet.
Setup
- From the bot, tap “⏰ Reading submission window”.
- Tap “⚙️ Set window”.
- Enter the start day (1–27), then the end day of the window.
- The window is saved and reminders turn on automatically.
To turn off reminders, tap “🔕 Disable reminders” from the same menu.
What residents get
- When the window opens: a notification with the deadline (the end day).
- One day before it closes: a reminder, if readings haven’t been submitted yet.
Residents submit readings by tapping “📝 Submit readings” in the bot menu or on the web portal.
