A new cooperative can be registered from the Telegram bot or the web portal. Registration is self-service — the request is activated automatically, without waiting for a super-admin, and the creator immediately becomes the company’s admin. Every new company gets 30 days of free trial with full access to all features.
From the bot
- Open @BillSync_bot and send the /register command.
- Confirm “✅ Yes, register the cooperative”.
- Enter the cooperative name, fiscal code, and currency.
- Enter the registration date (DD.MM.YYYY) — its year becomes the year from which membership fees are calculated.
- The company is activated immediately, and you become its admin.
From the portal
Open notifypro.info/register and fill in the form. You’ll be asked to share your phone number in the bot to link it to your account, then return and submit the request — the company activates automatically.
Adding lots via CSV import
After activation, add lots manually or import them from a CSV file:
- From the bot menu, tap “📦 Plots” → “📤 Import clients from CSV”.
- Download the template sent by the bot. Only two columns are required: the lot number and the owner’s name — the rest can stay blank.
- Fill in the optional columns if you have them: phone number, initial meter readings, last-paid cotizatie year, cadastral number.
- Send the completed file back as a document. The bot shows a preview with valid rows and rows with errors.
- Confirm the import — rows with errors are skipped and reported individually, without affecting the rest of the file.
