đź“… Registration date and the membership-fee year

When registering the cooperative (in @BillSync_bot or on the web portal) you can set the official registration date.

  1. When registering the cooperative (in @BillSync_bot or on the web portal) you can set the official registration date.
  2. The year of this date becomes the year from which membership fees (cotizatie) are counted for every lot.
  3. A lot can have its own “start year” that overrides the cooperative year; if it is not set, the registration-date year is used.
  4. The date can be changed later: the superadmin opens the company → “📅 Registration date”.
  5. On CSV import, the “lastPaidCotizatieYear” column auto-closes every year from the registration year up to and including that year as “covered” (paid, amount 0). Example: registered 01.01.2001, last paid year 2018 → years 2001–2018 are covered.
  6. If the last paid year is empty, all years from the registration year are shown as debts at current prices.
