Besides the QR code for paying through a banking app, an association can enable online payment directly from the bot, through one of the Bpay (MIA Instant Payments), maib, or Paynet providers. The money goes straight to the association’s account — the association signs its own contract with the provider, not BillSync.
Setup (admin)
- From the settings menu, tap “🌍 Payment QR Config”.
- Choose the payment provider you want.
- Enter the merchant identifier (Bpay merchantId / maib projectId / Paynet Merchant code) and the secret key provided by the processor.
- For Paynet, also enter the API user, password, and Paynet Customer Code — needed for automatic payment-status checks.
- Choose the working mode — Production or Test — and confirm.
Online payment can be disabled at any time from the same menu.
What the owner sees
When submitting a reading or checking their balance, the owner sees the “💳 You can pay online” offer with the total amount due. They tap “💳 Pay online”, complete the payment with the provider, and confirmation happens automatically — no casier involvement needed.
