Terms of Cooperation

Open pricing for associations and garage cooperatives: from 5 MDL per lot a month, one free month, a contract with an annex and a downloadable PDF.

Your association gets all of its bookkeeping in one place: lots, meter readings, membership fees, expenses and payments. The cashier works through the Telegram bot or through the web account, and the chairperson can see at any moment who owes what. Start with a free month — you pay nothing until you have seen the program at work.

Pricing

Plan Who it is for Price What it includes
Basic Garage cooperatives 5 MDL per lot per month Meter readings, membership fees, reports, notifications, roles (chairperson, cashier, member)
Standard Gardening and dacha associations 8 MDL per lot per month Everything in “Basic” + shared meters and expense allocation by area
Plus Housing cooperatives, owners’ associations 12 MDL per lot per month Everything in “Standard” + online payments, fiscal invoices, receipt printing

Sample calculation. A garage cooperative with 200 garages on the “Basic” plan: 200 × 5 MDL = 1,000 MDL per month, which is about 5 MDL per garage.

Conditions that apply to every plan:

  • Free trial period — 1 month. No payment and no commitment.
  • One-time implementation fee — 1,000 MDL. It covers transferring your data from notebooks or Excel sheets, setting the program up and training the cashier.
  • Minimum payment per association — 300 MDL per month. It applies to small associations where the number of lots multiplied by the price comes to less than 300 MDL.
  • Payment — monthly, or a year in advance with a 10% discount.
  • Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL). The provider is not registered for VAT, so the prices above are final — no VAT is added on top.

What every plan includes

  • An unlimited number of users — chairperson, cashiers, members.
  • The Telegram bot and the web account, on a phone and on a computer.
  • Three interface languages: Romanian, Russian, English.
  • Database backups, made automatically every day.
  • Program updates — at no extra charge.
  • Technical support for the chairperson and the cashier.

How to start

  1. Registration — about 5 minutes. Fill in the form with your association’s details and wait for confirmation.
  2. Transferring the lots. Send us the list as a table (only the lot number and the owner’s name are required), or enter the lots by hand if there are just a few.
  3. Connecting the members. Members sign in to the bot with their phone number; for the notice board you can print a card with a QR code.
  4. The first receipt. The cashier enters the readings, and the owner gets a notification in Telegram and by e-mail; the receipt can also be printed.

A full launch takes up to 3 working days from the moment we receive the list of lots.

The contract and the individual annex

Cooperation is based on a contract for information services, signed between the provider and your association, together with an individual annex (“Anexa nr. 2 — Commercial terms”). The contract covers the parties’ rights and obligations, confidentiality, the duration of the cooperation and the termination terms; the annex fixes the price and the payment schedule for your specific case.

The prices above are the same for everyone and are informational: they apply until Anexa nr. 2 is signed, which locks them in for your association for the term of the contract. The annex also records individual conditions — the discount for annual payment, instalments for the implementation fee, additional services. The annex can only be changed by both parties signing a new version.

You can download a template of the contract below (without the commercial terms annex) to review the terms before contacting us.

Personal data

Data about lot owners is processed in accordance with Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data.

  • Your association is the data controller — it decides what data goes into the program and for what purpose.
  • The provider is the processor acting on the controller’s instructions: it processes the data solely at the association’s direction and for the performance of the contract, does not pass it to third parties and does not use it for any other purpose.
  • Each association’s data is kept in a separate database that is not mixed with the data of other associations.
  • The confidentiality obligation stands for the term of the contract and for a further 3 years after it ends.

Contract term, termination and data export

  • Term. The contract is concluded for 12 months and renews automatically for each following year unless one of the parties gives notice of termination at least 30 calendar days before it expires.
  • Termination. Either party may terminate the contract without giving reasons, by written notice 30 calendar days in advance.
  • Data export. On termination, at the association’s written request, the provider hands over an export of the data in electronic form within 30 calendar days, after which it may delete the association’s database.

Frequently asked questions

If we only have 40 garages, how much do we pay? 40 × 5 MDL = 200 MDL, but the minimum payment applies — 300 MDL per month, which is about 7.50 MDL per garage. The minimum exists because implementation and support take the same effort in a small association.

What happens to our data if we leave? The data belongs to the association. On written request you receive an export of it in electronic form within 30 calendar days, after which the association’s database is deleted.

Who pays — the association or each member? The contract is signed with the association, and the association makes the monthly payment. How that sum is covered from the association’s budget is a decision for the general meeting; many associations include it in the annual membership fee.

Does every member need internet access? No. The cashier can enter readings for everyone, and the receipt is printed out. The Telegram bot and the web account are extra convenience for those who want them, not a requirement.

Can we work without online payments? Yes. The “Basic” plan does not include online payments — the bookkeeping works the same way, and the money is collected as before, by bank transfer or in cash.

How do prices go up? The price in Anexa nr. 2 is fixed and does not change by itself: a change takes effect only after both parties sign a new version of the annex. We give at least 60 days’ notice of any proposed change.

What does the 1,000 MDL implementation fee cover? Transferring the data from your notebooks or spreadsheets into the program, checking it together with the cashier, setting up prices and expense types, and training the cashier. It is paid once, at the start.

What happens if we are late with a payment? Late payment carries a penalty of 0.1% per day, but no more than 10% of the amount. If the delay exceeds 30 calendar days, access may be suspended, but only after written notice given at least 5 working days in advance. The data is not deleted in that case.
