How the cooperation works
Working with PVM is based on a services contract signed between the provider and your homeowners’ association, together with an individual annex (“Anexa nr. 2 — Commercial terms”) that sets the price and payment schedule for your specific case.
The contract covers the parties’ rights and obligations, confidentiality and data protection, the duration of the cooperation, and termination terms. The individual annex is not published — it is agreed directly with the association’s chairperson, based on the number of lots and the services chosen.
Important note: the document below is a contract template, provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a public offer. Payment terms are set exclusively by the individual annex (Anexa nr. 2), which is not published here.
