• Direct messages by email, phone, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram: the data you share with us in the conversation.
• Visit statistics (if enabled): anonymous aggregated data about pages visited, without cookies and without identifying the person.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• We reply to your request and send you an offer or a demonstration (basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent).
• We improve the site based on anonymous statistics (basis: legitimate interest).

4. Retention and recipients

We keep data for as long as needed to answer your request and for the subsequent business relationship, and then delete it. We do not sell data. Technical providers that help us run the site and email may have access, only for the purpose of providing their services.

5. Your rights

6. NotifyPro Voice and PVM services

Data processed in the NotifyPro Voice and PVM applications (for example contact lists or association data) is governed by the service agreement concluded with the client.
