The notifypro.info website is operated by „ASR TEHNO” S.R.L., IDNO 1012600004248, Republic of Moldova (asrtehno@gmail.com). The site presents the NotifyPro Voice and PVM products.

2. Informational nature

The information on the site, including prices, is for information purposes only and does not constitute a public offer. Prices and conditions are set in the service agreement and in the individual annex signed by both parties.

3. Services

The terms of providing the NotifyPro Voice and PVM services (duration, payment, termination, liability, confidentiality) are set in the agreement concluded with the client, not by simply visiting this site.

4. Intellectual property

The NotifyPro name, the logo, the texts and the design of the site belong to „ASR TEHNO” S.R.L. Copying or reusing them without our written consent is prohibited.

5. Liability

We make an effort to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site is continuously available. The site may contain links to other sites, for whose content we are not responsible.

6. Governing law

The legislation of the Republic of Moldova applies. Disputes are settled first through negotiation, then in the competent court of the Republic of Moldova.
