Since the last update, PVM (the Telegram bot @BillSync_bot) has gained several capabilities for the day-to-day running of an association — from registration to online payments and automated reports. Here is what changed.
Subscription with a trial period
Every new association gets 30 days of trial with full access. If the subscription is not paid, data entry by the casier and the admin is blocked, but owners still see their balance and payment history — read access never stops. The admin gets reminders 7 days and 1 day before the period ends, in their own language.

Registration without an intermediary, and lot list import
A new association registers itself, without a super-admin: in the bot with the /register command, or at notifypro.info/register. The request is activated automatically, and whoever filed it becomes the admin.
Lots are added by hand or loaded from a CSV file — only the lot number and the owner’s name are required. Phone number, initial meter readings, last paid cotizatie year and cadastral number are optional. The file is checked before import and errors are reported row by row: one bad row does not block the rest.
Online payments with auto-confirmation
Owners pay straight from the bot via Bpay/MIA, maib or Paynet — the payment is confirmed automatically, with no casier involved. The admin picks the provider in the association’s settings.

Admin panel on the site
The personal account on notifypro.info now has a Summary tab: number of lots, debtors, total overdue months, current-month income and expenses, and month-by-month trends. The same place configures Prices (electricity, water, cotizatie) and Operators (casiers and admins).
Accounting export
From the bot (📥 Export) or the personal account (the Export tab), the admin downloads Excel or CSV files: payments by period, the list of debtors, income and expenses, the annual sheet.
Consolidated lot statement
The owner generates a PDF statement for a period covering their lot — from the bot or from the site. Every payment and service in the chosen date range, in one document. The casier generates the same statement for any lot, but only from the site.
Meter-reading reminders
The admin sets a window in the month during which residents submit their readings. Those with Telegram linked get a reminder when the window opens and one day before it closes, if they have not submitted yet.

Monthly report
On the 1st of every month, admins who enabled the option receive a Telegram summary of the previous month: income, expenses, balance, number of readings submitted, and debtors — with access to the full report.
Lot dossier
Photos and documents for a lot are now available from the site too, with the same limits as the bot: JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, at most 10 MB per file and at most 50 files per dossier. Uploading a file that contains personal data requires an explicit GDPR-compliance confirmation.
All of these are available from both channels — from Telegram and from the personal account on notifypro.info — with the same data.
