Since our last update, BillSync has shipped a wave of features for the day-to-day running of a homeowners association — from registering a new company to online payments and automated reports. Here’s what changed.
Trial-based subscription
Every new company automatically gets 30 days of free trial with full access to all features. If the subscription isn’t paid, write access (casier/admin) is blocked, but owners can still see their balance and payment history — read access never stops. The admin receives automatic reminders 7 and 1 day before expiry, in the language set in the bot.

Self-service registration + CSV import
A new association can register itself, without a super-admin: in the bot with the /register command, or on notifypro.info/register. The request is activated automatically and the creator becomes the company’s admin.
Lots can be added manually or imported from a CSV file — only the lot number and owner name are required; phone number, initial meter readings, last-paid cotizatie year, and cadastral number are all optional. The file is previewed before import, and errors are reported row by row — a single bad row won’t block the rest of the import.
Online payments with auto-confirmation
Owners can now pay directly from the bot via Bpay/MIA, maib, or Paynet — the payment is confirmed automatically, with no casier involved. The admin configures the desired provider from the company settings menu.

Admin dashboard on the web
The admin panel on the web portal (notifypro.info) now has a Summary tab: number of lots, debtors, total overdue months, current-month income and expenses, plus month-by-month trends. The same panel manages Prices (electricity, water, cotizatie) and Operators (casiers and admins).
Accounting export
From the bot (📥 Export) or the web panel (Export tab), the admin downloads Excel/CSV files: payments by period, the list of debtors, income and expenses, or the annual sheet — ready for accounting.
Consolidated lot statement
The owner can generate a PDF statement for a period covering their lot, from the bot or the web portal — every payment and service in a chosen date range, in a single document. The casier can generate the same statement for any lot, but only from the web portal.
Meter-reading reminders
The admin can set a monthly submission window during which residents enter their meter readings. Residents with Telegram linked automatically get a reminder when the window opens and one day before it closes, if they haven’t submitted yet.

Monthly auto-report
On the 1st of every month, admins who enabled the option receive a Telegram summary of the previous month: income, expenses, balance, number of readings submitted, and debtors — with quick access to the full report.
Updated lot dossier
The photo/document dossier for a lot is now available from the web portal too, with the same limits as the bot (JPEG/PNG/WebP/PDF, max. 10 MB, up to 50 files per dossier), plus an explicit GDPR-compliance confirmation on upload whenever a file contains personal data.
All of these features are available from both channels — Telegram (@BillSync_bot) and the web portal (notifypro.info) — with the same data, in real time.
